Mirrored Beirut

It has always been my boyfriend's fantasy to play Beirut

(beer pong) in a more classy way. Wine glasses replacing

red solo cup and shuttlecocks taking the place of ping pong balls.






Our friend Eric Rice, with the help of Jillian Clark, surprised us

for our anniversary with a mirrored Beirut table made out of

salvaged antique doors. The game was impossible because the

mirrored surface reflected the clear wine glasses, leaving the

whole party playing each other with no one winner. After 4

broken wine glasses and a terrible mess, we all gave up and just drank.
