Literacy Literacy

I was excited to have a holiday today and spend hours poking through my local library. I was shocked when I found out their new schedule has the library closed on Sunday and Wednesday, in addition to today because of the holiday. What happened to supporting literacy in cities. I need to explore rows of knowledge. What gives?
